1. Privacy by Architecture

inis.run is developer execution infrastructure designed with strict boundaries. We believe that your code and your users’ data are your business.

Crucially: We do not store, inspect, or log the code you run or the input/output data processed inside your isolated sandboxes.

When a sandbox session terminates, its memory and transient disk state are destroyed permanently. Only minimal operational metadata (e.g., active execution duration, resource allocation, and billing metrics) is recorded.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide, bill, and protect our Service:

• Account Information: Your email address, used for sending magic sign-in links and account communications.
• Billing & Transaction Details: Credit card or payment details are processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers. We track your prepaid balance and billing transaction history.
• Usage Metadata: Session duration, resource allocation size, storage sizes, and API endpoint request rates. We collect this to meter your usage and manage capacities.
• Network & Security Logs: IP address, browser type, and request headers to detect abuse, protect against fraud, and debug API issues. We retain these logs for up to 30 days.

3. Data Residency & Sovereignty

inis.run is built in Ireland and operated on bare-metal hardware hosted in the European Union. All databases, backup storage, and operational logs reside entirely within the EU. Your data is not subject to extraterritorial discovery requests (such as the US CLOUD Act) that affect US-owned cloud services.

4. GDPR & Your Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request rectification of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and personal details (“Right to be Forgotten”).
• Restrict or object to processing of your data.

5. Third-Party Processors

We minimize the use of third-party processors. Our current list includes:

• Stripe: Payment processing.
• EU-based Hosting Providers: Bare-metal hosting in the EU.
• Transactional Email Providers: Delivery of account activation and magic login emails.

All operational metrics and logs are self-hosted on our own bare-metal servers and are never shared with any analytics broker.

6. Cookies & Tracking

inis.run does not use advertising, marketing, or behavioral tracking cookies.

We only use essential, first-party technical cookies necessary to keep you securely signed in to your account. Because we do not perform tracking or run third-party analytics scripts, we do not require, and do not show, a cookie consent banner.
