Welcome to inis.run. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the inis.run API, daemon, CLI, SDKs, and web interface (collectively, the “Service”), provided by inis.run (“we”, “us”, or “our”), built in Ireland and hosted on bare metal in the EU.
By creating an account, issuing API tokens, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
inis.run provides hardware-isolated sandboxes over a single API call. Each session runs in its own single-tenant environment and is destroyed upon completion or timeout. While we implement strong isolation, you acknowledge that you are executing code in a cloud environment and agree to implement appropriate security measures on your end.
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy at all times. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, revoke API tokens, and destroy active sessions immediately upon detecting clear or ongoing abuse.
inis.run operates on a prepaid credit model:
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL INIS.RUN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES arising out of or in connection with the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, service disruption, or security breaches, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Ireland.
